Tenants With Rent Arrears
One of the most common reasons to issue a section 8 notice is for unpaid rental arrears. It is advisable to communicate with your tenant first and seek an amicable resolution to avoid any legal action being taken against them.
Sometimes a quick solution to remedy this problem can be obtained as the rent arrears may be the result of administrative or banking errors.
Regular communication with your tenant must always be kept in writing to avoid any possible claims for harassment.
